Scheduling hours at Body Tao Therapies is by appointment only.
Cancellation Policy
24 hour advance notice is required when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment.
This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule in the appointment time. If you are unable to give 24 hour advance notice you will be charged a $50 fee. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows – All who either forget or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full treatment fee for their “missed” appointment.
Late arrivals – Arriving late for the appointment treatment time may result in a shortened session. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
